Best bank I have had so far! I love the ATM fee reimbursement, no matter what ATM I use. I love that it’s credited instantly, as well. I never have issues with my card, which appearance wise is appealing to the eye. I like being PAID interest on my balance, and not having a monthly maintenance fee. They made it easy, and quick to change my address. No complaints here! PS!! I asked for a shirt, and they had one in my mailbox like 4 days later. I felt the love.
Please don't make my mistake, save yourself a headache and find a better lender.
Despite numerous emails asking SoFi to stop sending me spam mail, I still receive a letter at least once a week. I would never use a company that has practices such as these
SOFI is a Bait and switch operation. We have extremely high credit scores and took out a personal loan to do some home updating. Original quote we did online and SOFI provided was a 10 year loan at 7.3%. Not bad for a personal loan until they begin to process things, that's when they ask for ridiculous items no one would have. Mine was a bonus statement from three employers previous and 5 years in the past. Once I could not produce that statement, they immediately raised my rate to 11.5%, big difference in the interest they would rack in. Just to get our home updates done, I cut the amount financed and the term to 5 years. It's been about 6 -7 months now and we should have this paid off by middle to end of 2019 by making double payments and sending the tax refund to them. Fixed there high interest gouging and just want others to be aware of SOFI's tactics. Get multiple quotes and have all finalized before signing any documents.
