Worse experience ever with any company! I spoke to a rude customer service rep named Jennifer. She was unable to help with my billing problems. Asked to receive a email with information that was need to process my order. She never sent the email. I called back about 30 minutes and spoke to somebody else that send it right away. Afterwards, I asked to close the account because it wasn’t a good fit. While processing closing my account, they ALREADY charge my card for a purchase I didn’t receive. Now I have play a waiting game of 5-7 days to get my money back when it took Zebit 5 second to take! This is unbelievable!
Dear zebit, due to your poor service and unacceptable transactions, I will no longer be a customer on your website. Very poor customer service for one, two they charged my account two times and havent put the money back to my account. They gave me the run around about putting the money into my account but yet so quick to take the money. Dont recommend this site any more. I am highly disappointed.
