this branch is great! the staff is friendly and helpful. they are open seven days a week and the hours are great!
I and my wife went to this location to open a checking account. the lady (Jeanene) who works there wanted 2 IDs we gave her Driver license and passport card, but she said these are both primary Ids. I told her 2 times that the passport card can be used as a secondary Id than she yal at me saying no, passport card is primary ID. Thanks to technology that allows you to get answers about anything you need. How don't you know the basic things about your job????? Jeanene Don't ever think you know better than your Coustomer
