Unfortunately this is the closest branch location to me, the manager there is the worst I've seen in regards of Customer Service, there is a sense of entitlement from their part whenever dealing with staff, specifically the manager as everything falls down the chain. If you can avoid this Branch specifically, please do so. The tellers there are a mixed result, some very polite and efficient, some very similar to management emulating the behavior.
Incompetent employees Racist too Went to close my account on 12/11/2018 And found out on 1/2/2019 that this branch had not closed the account therefore they were still receiving my direct deposits. Even though that day I went in person to speak to a manager regarding questions about the account. The manager refused to speak to me and the teller was also less than helpful. This branch needs better management and competent employees.
Very nice people. Security guard is alway super nice and greets you. This place just helped me raise my credit score with a secured loan. Awesome
Wish i remembered her name. But she was super helpful with consolidation loans and even advice on getting credit cards . Never had bad experience. No did not get paid for this review.
If you try calling prepare to wait 30 min for someone to answer. Every time. Never fails.
