Tried to send money to the Philippines Western Union. And just had a hard time becuz my ID was expired but I had the extension from DMV and western union doesn't accept that. So I went to Vons and had no problem. Now to pick up money thèy never suggested anything to help. So again I went to Vons. The manager suggested a security question instead of ID. He just made my day. I will not go to this moneytree anymore. The lady was rude. My sister from out of state said she will never come to this moneytree. What's funny is I sent money a month ago and didn't have a problem. They said the last time was 2010 no it wasn't.Ok well poor training here with the employees cuz the ladies that helped me did something to override the system.and I send money every month.
I love this place Erica's customer service is beyond perfect Carmen and Karla just has thee best attitudes and this place with all the clerks make me feel very welcome I wouldn't think of going to any other money tree thanks guys for being great keep up the good work.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS BRANCH
