I dont normally leave a review, but this is the second time Ive come in and this little brunette (without the glasses) has had a pretty nasty attitude and smart mouth to boot. NOT COOL. I'm a regular who comes in every other Friday as i work right up the street (sometimes more because of my side job) and forgot my ID. No one ever seems to have a problem with me or bring up "policy" when i come in except her, maybe because the other girls see me so often. I didnt think i would need it cause they dont even ask anymore. I encouraged her to look my information up and verify my identity and she refused. Costumer service is about providing a helpful and happy attitude, trying your best not to tell a guest "no" because you can really ruin someones experience and day. I really didnt appricate it and i dont think ill be returning unless absolutely nessicary, and hope the attitudes are better with other guest in the future.
I've been using this place for 3 years now and have had very little trouble, until today. I got a check in the mail from my oral surgeon, apparently they overcharged me for the anesthesia with my insurance for my wisdom teeth removal. I haven't received the check in months though because they had my address wrong by 1 digit which was clarified recently and they sent the check to me with the right address but it wasn't reissued so it remained with a date from months ago, though it has no expiration date. I walk in to see a face I've never seen. She says she only works there one weekend out of the month. Friendly and such, the check seems in order and she stamps it. Then she looks at the date of the check and says she has to call her DM to approve it. Approval was denied because of the date, even though there was no expiration date! Even though she already stamped it, rendering the check useless! It was a Union Bank check directly linked to one of their accounts, I could've gone to them afterwards and gotten the money with no problem. Except now I have a worthless check and have to go through the hassle of reissuing the check. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because I really really like the other employees I see regularly. They are friendly, hard working, and this person was friendly too, but this is some screw up.
Awful expierence. Business is a scam and employees are misleading to say the least
They have only one person helping people and the managers are useless!
When you need their services they are there and will give you the extra effort to get it done.
