To start this review, I have to say that I only do reviews for outstanding and horrible experiences and this experience was unexpectedly outstanding. I went to check n go to see what their short term loan options were to help me get through the holidays. I was lucky enough to be helped by Erin Iveson who not only was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but her personality and upbeat spirit actually took this transaction from one of reluctance to one of joy. I admittedly was having a tough day when I went into this store and when I walked out I felt happy that Erin was always smiling and helpful. I am more than pleased with her level of knowledge, drive, cheer and customer service skills. This is very unique to have someone so happy to be helping others when they really need it and to help cheer them up despite the negative reason that likely brought them into that store. I am 110% satisfied with the lending service ease and 200% inpressed with the customer service Erin provided.
