Such a poor bank. I have watched them decline since OCTFCU. The service is horrible. They issued a CC increase without my consent. And getting customer service on the phone takes hours. It's worse than Wells Fargo
Worst customer service ever. Went to cash a check. Took 30 mins. Absoutley ridiculous. Get employees that know what to do.
Jenn answered all the questions I had and gave me more insights that I didn't think about before. Exceeded my expectations of what is already my favorite bank.
