Excellence with Right People I just want to say that my experience with OneMain Financial was very professional. I had my doubts because of the “reviews” I read. Initially, I’m the type of consumer that reads reviews of not just one place but many and just to say the least this place was the very opposite which was excellent! I just know if I’m going to do loan or future loans I’ll have Jermaine B. handle the process. He explained the whole arrangement without me feeling unclear or unsure. Maria - the branch manager is extremely rude individual, who has no patience, and treats the applicants horribly. I am not an individual who would think expect much in service in general, but Maria making judgement on a loan, is probably not a wise and just decision, stay away from this location. @OneMain head office has to do something about the rudeness in this location
