Great Customer Service.. If you need this kind of service..
I came here every 2 weeks faithfully for over a year to cash my checks from work. They have a policy to where instead of charging the person who wrote you the check, they charge the consumer the next time they come to cash a check. Then having to wait for them to fax the check, wait for approval, only to be told no - or that you have to pay for someone elses mistake. On top of the fee - I got tired of it and stopped using them.
