I wish i could give them zero star, worst staff ever very unprofessional like to take your information somehow, i would strictly not recommend this place to anyone.
DONT GO HERE!!! THE YOUNG EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.. ONE LADY WAS HUNG OVER AT HER DESK CLEARLY NOT READY TO WORK. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER WHEN A ISSUE COME UP I WAS TOLD NO MANAGER WAS AROUND.. JUST NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GIVE YOUR BANK INFO TO THEY MAKE UP THERE OWN RULES AND DONT FOLLOW CONTRACT PROCEEDINGS.
When I came in, the wait time was short the woman helping me was to-the-point. :)
They stopped taking payments over the phone, so so inconvenient . Will not be doing bissnuss here any more. Do not go here . Update:
Place sucks! Waited in line for an HOUR AND A HALF! was probably 8th person in line with 5 Cashiers...ridiculous! Too bad they dont make a no star review. And most of them were nice but bad customer service.
