Very good customer service. The ladies are friendly and informative.
The girls working there were so much more proffesional and friendly than other check cashing stores I have been to. I was a new customer and they had me in and out of there in ten minutes with my check cashed. If you have had problems cashing checks at other check cashing stores or experienced bad customer service. I highly suggest you go to Cash 1 on Watt Ave. Given they can verify your check, they will have you in and out of there in a jiffy.
If I could I would give -1 stars. They’re absolutely rude. No empathy for human beings at all. They need to be shut down. Jessica especially is a mean human with a nasty attitude. Don’t go there, they need more customer service training.
Very rude had me wait more than 5 hours for car title loan when the first lady said I was approved and than after waiting hours for the next lady to say I wasn't approved hands down
