Worst customer service! Very rude
This so called "customer service" place told me to come back on payday for a loan! Why the hell would I do that?? I've been a customer for over 2 years and they have never had an issue getting the money back Ever! How you gonna tell me my payday doesn't fall in line with your loan calendar. That's why it's a loan. I have had trouble with this company lately. I guess they are too good for my business. I won't be a customer where I'm not wanted. Period!
The WORST customer service ever walked into to pay was told they had already sent a check into my account and now suddenly it didn’t work and I’m to come pay. Oh and their card machine is broke EVERY TIME I have been in wish I could give less than one star
STAY AWAY!!! These people are crooks.. I went in for a $600 money order to pay my rent and ended up paying rent with my card. I no longer needed the money order so I took back to get my money back and was told they could not verify it that it didn't even come from they're store.. I've spent almost a month on the phone with community financial and met personally with the director and nobody has done a thing to resplre this matter.. please do not give this place your business..
