Horrendous customer service. Jenny didn't care that i drove an hour to come to the store or that her condescending attitude regarding my "prepaid" debit card is like ANY OTHER DEBIT CARD! You have to deposit money in your checking account in order to use the debit card attached to the checking account. Morons!!!
Clean the lobby and better customer service
Staff is very friendly and professional. This is a clean facility in South Sacramento.
Walked in, asked if their MoneyGram was working (it wasn't last time) and the girl behind the counter snapped at me and raised her voice saying "I don't know we JUST opened" cool, you could have checked and not been RUDE. Will not be returning here.
I've used this check cashing for a while now and has never been treated more kindly! When I lost my I'd I went to serveral places I'd used in the past to cash my check but no one would cash it without I'd, even though I was in their system, drove to Ace check cashing and Wala! The lookede up in their computers for verification and cashed my check! I was in and out in less then five minutes. That was a few years ago and the service has remained friendly and polite.
