Absolutely aweful! First I called beforehand and they told me to email my check stub. The lady gave me the email address literally spelled it out. I repeated it back. She verified it! Still was incorrect! She repeated twice saying "two S's", no there was only ONE. My god where do you find these people? They want you to verify your bank with online banking. Seems easy enough. NOT EVEN! Your phone gets no service in or anywhere around the building and they offer no wifi. A completely unprofessional business.

Generally good and friendly service but long waits. Be prepared to spend 10-15 min. Waiting. Today I waited in a four person line for 15 min. (Twice) there were two employees but only one open window. The other employee was just sitting there doing paper/computer work. If she had simply opened the second window when it got busy I would have added another star.
