This branch is severely lacking in etiquette and demonstratively prone to profiling customers. I found this to be exceptionally true of George Hoang. Do yourself a favor. Choose a bank that deserves your business; one with employees that show respect and appreciation for everyone human that enters the building regardless of sex, race, class or other irrelevant and groundless consideration.
As a Chase customer for over 6 years I can say with high confidence that personal banker Dale L. Martin goes above and beyond for his clients. He professionally and kindly solved an ongoing issue I had in less than an hour. I recommend him for any financial services due to his high knowledge in his profession.
It's a bank - it's Chase.... I've never been inside so I have to rate my experience based off of the ATMs located outside. I'm 6'1" tall and although that might be tall to some of you I feel average height. I could barely see the top half of the ATM considering they sit at about 4 feet high. I had to bend over to see everything I was doing and although it seems fairly simple with 3 or 4 easy steps I felt as if I should make sure and read everything so I wasn't transferring money elsewhere. I hate bending over.... help me out Chase. Can we have one tall and one short ATM for some variety? Thanks.
My dad went to get money from the ATM, and when it didn't give to him, NOBODY in the bank would bother to help him. Everyone would pass it to the next teller and then they would act like they were so busy to help. They sure can take your money, but won't bother to help when you have a problem. So rude .worst Chase bank ever.
