Great store to go and get a loan. Maria help me out. I would differently recommended this place.
Okay let me tell you! I have been working in customer service for longer than 15 years and this was not a good customer service experience. I waited outside the door for 5 min before gabby let me in. Then I tried to take out a simple loan at this location due to being the closest to my house and she stated she is unable to help me because I usually go to the location on Chicago (which I should of went to in the first place)which I found very rude and unprofessional. I will be going back to the Chicago location where they are very polite and helpful
Maria always give me great customer services
