I was in line to purchase a money order and was being waited on by a big man. During my transaction the manager decided that this exact moment in the business day was appropriate to come up the man and discuss writing him up. I think it is really unprofessional that a manager in any business would choose to reprimand an employee in front of other staff and a lobby full of customers while the employee was in the middle of a transaction. How embarrassing for this employee to have this manager belittle him in such a manner. Someone needs to really decide if this she is the best representation they want for their business. If you cannot do your job in a professional manner you have no job in management. If you were my employee ma'am I would have demoted you on the spot. You are truly a horrendous manager and a company's HR nightmare.
