Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Lesbian Crystal who is the store manager needs to learn basic manners and find a new job. She must be the MOST UNHAPPY MISERABLE person I've ever met. I have NEVER encountered such hostility for not knowing the protocol of check cashing. I simply asked what was required and what the process was, and immediately I was attacked for not knowing.
