US Bank is actually an excellent bank with good customer service. No bank is perfect but I am putting this out there because they do give much better service than the other big banks like Wells Fargo.
3 branches I have visited so far. Rancho Santa Margarita was the most rude. We arrived 10 mins before the bank was supposed to close. We wait in line, the bankers acknowledge us. The lady they were helping took aBout 10 mins to finish. When we got up there, they told us they were now closed! After looking at us that entire time. Apparently these immature tellers wanted to hurry home rather than take their job seriously.
Love this bank, excellent customer service.
They didn’t follow up on a home equity loan. Don’t do business with them!
