This Ace Cash Express is soooo slow. There could be 5 people in line and only 1 teller at the window with not much knowledge of what to do. When I asked if we all could get more help she said that there’s another person but in the back. Is the back more important than the customer. It would be ok but they tend to have only one at the most busiest times between 3 and 5. It’s ridiculous. Whenever you ask who to complain to, the manager is always out or not available. Maybe they need to hire more people or the manager needs to bring their butt’s out front and help! Damn
