I would give them a 0 if possible. I have paid off multiple loans. My online account access has been blocked since being behind on payments. Went into office made a payment got current was suppose to be given online access it has been over a month no access and no way to make a payment. I will NEVER use them for another loan. This is ridiculous, will be contacting BBB regarding and should contact 7 on your side.
This bank has the worst costumer service! Walked in there and got treated very rudely by Melissa who sits in the back right corner Office. She is extremely rude and she tries to make you feel like your not welcomed, i asked her a question and she was so rude to answer it. I happen to go in again to make car payment and she acted like she didnt know who I was? I know many people go in and out of there but she knew exactly who i was and had to make a call to make me feel like i was a total stranger to ask if I could make payment.Asked me uneccesary questions that had nothing to do with just making a payment?It wasnt like I was getting a loan or transferring money or something.As soon as im done with my car loan i will NEVER Bank with this bank again! They need to check that girl because she is the wors. If she hates her job then why is she in customer Service!
Horrible customer service and it’s not a particular office per say it is the loan department in general. Had a terrible experience trying to get a loan. Representative by the name Bernice was rude and unhelpful would not return my calls after several times leaving messages with other representatives for her. She is very unprofessional and did not even apologize when I told her I had left several messages. I now understand why this credit union has no more than a couple stars. Don’t waste your time with this company plenty of other credit unions out there that are willing to help customers with their loan needs.

Be very careful getting a car loan with 1st United Credit Union. They demand very specific car insurance which other credit unions don't. If you don't adhere, they will essentially purchase a new insurance policy for your car and bill it to you with your car payments. I received threats like that 2/3 times from them. My response to below. - I think it's a fair response. However the dealership didn't make that clear when they gave the loan to me and this kind of detail should be visible upfront in my opinion. I do appreciate your response, so I've adjusted my rating. Thanks
