Horrible customer service 4 people working inside had to wait 20 minutes for a money order. Do not go there for anything .
I just left a check cashing place approximately 10 minutes ago I didn’t came there quite a few times did not have no issues with no one I came to get a payday advance your employee Sarah decides he wants to be very disrespectful for no reason with your manager on site standing right next to her debating about something that has nothing to do with me for me to tell her I just would like to get my pay day advance and leave and she still want to be disrespectful so I told the manager Could she please help me since she’s the new manager now and I told her she need to talk to her employee because she was disrespectful she said she would handle it when I leave but the whole time she was helping me her employee continue to be disrespectful after I pay my loan back I will not ever go there’s again
Rude cashiers, that think that we the customer are on their time and can make us wait forever in line when you see around 3 more people in the back hanging around and picking thru the back mirror. If you complaint, the smart cashier will answer you “if you are in a rush, you can go to Safeway, they’re faster then us”, you bet they are!! And the surprise respond from one of the other girls that where in the back room, the cheesee excuse, all this girls are on training, they still learning. I get it, you get trained under my time and I got to accept your laziness, unprofessional and rudeness attitude??, That’s the reason why I don’t do business with this California check cashing on Bailey Rd.
