What a lovely private bank. The workers are effective, honest, happy to see you, and you do wait a few extra minutes to make sure that you get an accurate transaction. Your money remains protected well, and the branch manager is just friendly beyond civility. What a neat little Union Bank.
It seems like everytime I go into this branch it takes 20min even if its not busy. Once there are 3 people in line 2 of the 3 workers will go to the side and talk instead of fiinishing the rush of people leaving the few people to wait longer than nessisary, this has happened quite a few times not just once. The last few times ive gone in I have had to go back in due to a mistake on the employees part making me wait in that terrible line again. If you deposit a check from UNION BANK it still takes 1 business day to be deposited. Ive also had one of the ladies I forgot her name absolutely complain about a cosumer before me, sorry he was a bad cusomer but I really dont need to hear abouy it just keep it to yourself. Super unprofessional. I had 2 stars at first untill I got into my car to find out that Ramona didnt deposit my check as I requested and made me once again wait in line to get my things properly taken care of as asked the first time in line.
