Everyone here is very nice, however they are NOT on it...and dropped the ball several times during my loan process. First, I'm a real estate agent in the business - if they handle me like this, how can I expect my clients to be giving 1st class service? 1st problem is Rene locked my rate in HIGH, even after rates went down. I ended up paying 4.87% - I called someone else and they quoted me $4.25% - wow BIG difference, by that time it was too late to pull out. 2nd issue - Rene told me to go ahead an remove my appraisal contingency, which I did - then called me a few days later saying appraiser conditioned appraisal because there was no deck railing. Really? After I removed me contingency? It cost me $1250 dollars - not to mention an outrageous appraisal fee of $785 + $200 re inspection fee. Don't use Jackie Hill of Appraising Gold Country either - unless you want to pay outrageous fees. Then finally after I removed my loan contingencies her team kept coming up with item after item that they needed up until the very end. Which of course ended up delaying the closing a week. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR MYSELF AND I CERTAINLY WILL NOT SEND ANYONE OF MY CLIENTS TO THEM.

She is flexible, hard working and she will always be in your corner supporting and even fighting for you.
