PennyMac Loan Services's Reviews
Their automated system is the worst I have ever experienced. If you try to use their over the phone method of payment make sure your phone is quiet and do not press any of the prompts incorrectly. It asks the same questions repeatedly and repeats the same information over which gets redundant. I have not had a successful month where I have only had to call one time and get it done correctly the first time. I have never felt so defeated trying to give somebody money to make a payment.
We recently closed our second loan through PennyMac. The first time was just luck but this second time we chose them. PennyMac keeps their loans in house and does not sell them to others which makes for consistent, predictable loan service. While I am sure all of their associates are gifted and talented we worked with Randall Alford and I couldn't ask for better

I always paid extra money on the same date, sometimes 2 times a month everything went ok for 3 years then suddenly my monthly statement are coming with late fees and one of those showing like i didn't pay, i call and the representative say it will all be fix the following month same situation i call again same answer it will be fix, am calling right now for the 4 time because nothing has been fix, what a waste of my time, whoever gets his mortgage trasfer to this people sooner or later will be facing problems.
