I have had a account here since 1995. With so much fraud these days they know my spending and call to check if its me. I have been hit 3 times and each time they got me my money back. I love the customer service here.
I’ve been with E-Central for many years and had just a savings account. Recently I left Wells Fargo after 45 years due to opening numerous accounts without my knowledge. It was then I decided to expand my funds to E-Central and so far it has been disappointing. Just to get an ATM card has been more difficult than getting USA passport.... Basically I was told two days, now I’m on day 7 and still no ATM card. Additionally I opened a checking account and did all the paperwork and I have not heard one peep on the status 6 days later. I’m not sure at this point if I made the right decision by making E-Central my primary financial institution.... Im still evaluating, but if things don’t improve, I may have to reconsider my decision.
I've been a member at E-Central for more years than I can count. I have seen them grow and become stronger as an institution in that time. I mostly enjoy the personal service when needed and their willingness to be helpful.
Just completed a mortgage refinancing with E Central. Everyone was professional and kept me fully informed every step of the way. The deal was complete in 30 days. Last time I refinanced with a major lender it took almost 18 months....that's another story. Highly recommend E Central Credit Union.
