EXTREMELY poor service and hidden fees that never mentioned or disclosed. The branch manager who spends more than 5 hours a day to shift her appearance to fit the corporate climate would CARE LESS about your concerns or issue. In one case, during the entire meeting between my wife, her and I, she would NOT even look at me in the face because I was not the PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER. To her little brain, a legally signed document that depicted my co-ownership was not sufficient! As to the staff, there is nothing to write home about. We closed all our accounts permanently.
What a RUDE bit.h! I am talking about the manager, let alone the staff!!
