We've been customers at this branch of Union for two years, and have had excellent customer service whenever we've contacted them. Cindy, the manager, has gone well beyond the standard to make sure any problem was addressed and has followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The tellers are extremely friendly also!
Consistently excellent, personal, friendly, relaxed and expert service for 22 years. The tellers and managers have been super supportive and helpful. Much warmer atmosphere and friendlier service with shorter lines than any other mainline bank i've used (now age 77).

I felt like I was treated with suspicion when I walked into this bank. They don't seem to welcome my business and made me feel as if I were some kind of criminal for having a slight anomaly on a check. Brick and mortar banks will soon be out of business if they make assumptions that every person walking into their bank is out to commit fraud.
horrible, I'm working here from out of town, (southern illinois), there are no union banks in my hometown, in fact I never even heard of them, but went to cash my check, I knew it would be a fee, maybe $3-$5, but they told me $10, to cash a check, that's rediculous, should be against the Law, she said I could open an account, but when I go home next month it won't do me any good, besides I can't imagine what the fees would be to have an account with them if they charge that much to cash, i will just have to wait till I get home, would have been nice to have some cash, but I'll use my credit card till I get home, DISGUSTING how these banks are trying to rob us, even after our tax money was given to them as stimulus
