LISTING AGENTS do not take offers from buyers getting a loan from Cashcall. Working with them to get a purchase closed was the worst experience I've had in 250+ deals I've done. I pleaded with my buyers to change lenders when they couldn't even get a prequal letter to me. My Buyers told me they requested it from Joe Tejeda on Friday, Jan. 26, 2019 and were told that he didn't work weekends so he'd get it to them on Jan 29th. Well a loan officer that doesn't work weekends should not do purchase loans, but then he was almost totally uninvolved with the process, and I'm assuming it's the way things work at Cashcall. With most mortgage loan officers, they are the liason between the Buyer and the lender. He finally sent a letter that should have taken no more than an hour to produce at the end of the day on Thurs. Jan 31st, 7 days from when the buyers told me they requested it. The process took the full 6 weeks I had contracted with the Sellers and just as I think they will be ordering docs the call me to tell me that the processor and her boss call me to tell me they made a mistake and one of the buyers needs to be removed and they want a new purchase contract!!! Oh and if I get them an unsigned copy of this "today" they'll issue docs. I got them a fully executied one and no docs for several days. Then they wanted Termite Report clearances for a report that wasn't in the contract, but they had mysteriously obtained. That delayed the doc for another 10 days. Through the whole process I was stuck dealing with a power hungry processor who could care less if this deal closed or not. This is the 2nd deal I was stuck dealing with these jokers. The first one resulted in them hiring an incompetent appraiser who undervalued the property and the deal then fell apart. They are beyond terrible. I don't care what marketing promises they make, they are not worth the trouble.
Never applied and get calls all day block number after number. I've asked several representatives to remove my ph # and I still get calls from different numbers.

Today I finished with CashCall. Never had one problem with them. Paid my payments on time every month.
