The dude was cool. The girl on the other hand was rude asf. If u need to go here, DO NOT GO IN THE A.M. the chubby girl at the counter is rude as hell. Makes things so much harder then they need to be and just has a bad attitude. I feel sorry u gotta work with that Alejandro. Thanks for trying to help tho. So I went in, she gave me the run around for 20 minutes and sent me out with a bad taste in my mouth. I called my bank outside and came back in with a question. As the gentleman I am, I wait in line, AGAIN. 2 people in front of me. I was going to wait, but then she answered the phone while dealing with a customer, so after she hung up I figured I could politely ask mine as she multi tasks. I approach the side window and said excuse me I just have a quick question as she instantly tells, "I am busy! I will help you after I am done with this customer, now go to the back of the line. I cant over exaggerate how dramatic she made this comment and how rude it came across. The part that really got me, is after that comment, she continued to answer 3 additional phone calls on the same customer. So you can answer the phone, but not my question. I really cant believe the customer service she provided compared to what I received.
The staff was very courteous professional and fast.
these girls are way to flirty with men.i went with my husband and they were rude to me and super nice and flirty with my hudband and when i said something they got affended like i was stupid and then pretty much said that i was no concern cause i was not the customer
