I was sent an approval and acceptance for a short term, very low amount loan at 100 dollars. I contacted Ace for more info on how I would process the request and ultimately accept the offer and was told that I was basically crazy and that my loan offer is non existant. I have the emails and actual letters from the mail stating I was able to accept this loan but apparently they mean nothing
The people here are very friendly. When you come into the store they always say "Welcome to Ace Express". They are really helpful and even when it is busy they are very polite. This is rare to find in the service industry these days. I go here often and they are very consistent with this level of service.
