The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, Crystal was very rude and unprofessional. If she can’t keep her personal feelings and do her job, why is she working as a customer service person, she’s a disgrace to all other wonderful staff I’ve encountered at this location and I’m not sure why she’s still working here if she’s a horrible customer service person.
Everyone is always very nice and helpful but I would suggest you give us chairs to sit on so if it is busy
Unprofessional staff. not able to attend customers. Specifically, a lady named CRYSTAL she is very rude, insolent, ill-mannered, disrespectful, shouldn't be serving clients with that bad attitude. I went to buy a money order as soon as they opened and she was so rude that I didn't buy anything and I left very frustrated . beautiful place to start the day.
Karen and Sandy are so amazing they have the best customer service I've had in a long time. They go over and beyond I can tell they truly care and love their job.
