The branch manager was so unhelpful and very distant from trying to assist me. I dont recoment this branch
Tucked away in the Whole Foods Shopping Center is a real gem. Consumer Reports gave RCC high scores - so I started with them. Yesterday, Sam very efficiently and professionally set me up with a Debit Card - gave me all the new scoops. The Manager, Wes is delightful, helpful and smart. I am a fan.
I am a new member of the RCU. I went in and my Member Service Representative Sami Gowara was very helpful, he answered all my questions and I left feeling very confident in my new credit union. I also met the Branch Manager Wesley Purvis who welcomed me to the credit union and gave me his card and told me if there is anything I need to feel free to call him if Sami is not available. I'm going to love my new credit union!
