I went to check n go in Merced to get some information about a loan from Mary. Mary seemed very knowledgeable about her job and gave me all the information I needed in order to qualify for a loan. She not just gave me information about a loan but what her store offers to us as a customer. The store is nice and clean. The wait was not long. Mary is a very nice person with a beautiful personality. She is also very professional by greeting all the people that came in. I would recommend Mary and her store to family and friends. Today I went into the store and noticed how swamp the store was. The customer service rep Yer, was so positive and nice. She has great customer service and very attentive. I could see the other people getting angry cause the wait was long but she kept reassuring everyone that she will get to them. When it was my turn, I love the fact that she allowed me my time and not rushed me so she can get everyone out. Great experience.
