The staff welcomes me by name amd make me feel important.
The store manager, I believe and her trainee Laura were wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and helped me decide what was best for me without feeling pressured. The store was very neat and tidy. I will definitely use that store again for any of my needs.
The staff was above and beyond courteous. She was informed on who our company was, and was aware of our business owner hy name, and had frequent contact with him and all of our employees. She made us feel right at home. I wouldt think of allowing anyone else to handle our financial transactions.
The teller took her time to explain the different in deposits loans ,and savings .Yes she explained everything that was to be explained very well, she also mentioned the fact my SSI would even be deposited two days earlier.,which for me that would be alright pay my bills earlier.Thank you.
