Came in today and was treated extremely rude unprofessional and disrespectfully by the ignorant disgusting ugly manager Laura Alvarado I’m a regular here and have been with Union bank for years! I came in numerous times to deposit funds without my debit card and she is racist and every single time I come in she gives me a hard time. How hard is it to deposit money!!! She needs to take a business course and reevaluate how to run a business she lost me as a customer and I no longer will be with Union bank not my family and my business and credit cards will be cancelled immediately!!!

By far, the worse experience we have ever had at any banking facility. UBOC Menifee has gone extremely downhill with the change of management. Our family has been banking with them for over 15 years and have never experienced this level of disrespect, lack of compassion and extreme lack of customer service. If you are unable to process a simple payment on an account and it takes over an hour and fifteen minutes to figure it out, you shouldn’t be allowed to handle money. The branch manager, Michelle Rodriguez, is losing accounts for UBOC from her lack of professionalism.
