Came in for a money order. There was 4 people in front of me only one girl working the front. Waited close to an hour to be helped. Another girl was there but didn't bother to come help the long line of people waiting!! Horrible service!!
Everyone that works in this company is extremely rude! The two ppl who work there Lesly or Dian Wateve her name is and Ruby give the biggest attitude for any reason just to turn down a transaction. They don’t like to work and are very unprofessional. To the managers of this company honestly if your turning down transactions your losing customers. Maybe that’s why no one likes working here or coming here !! Coming from a person who worked for this company I realized that the people behind the window have more to hide than the people who want to send money!!
The worst place ever their customer service sucks ass... theirs no ppl in line and you still have to wait are you kidding me plus when you want to change a check they always have something stupid to say and really high % to cash it... ppl stop going there not a good place
I waited a long time to get my check cashed at the end I got denied. Customer service was horrible.
Only giving one star because it doesn’t give me an option for negative stars anyways this place is horrible because of two employees that work there the guy calls you and gets angry if you don’t answer his calls and screams at you like if he was your husband!! The girl with the hijab does the same thing and confronts you about not answering her calls these two are real aggressive when speaking to customers they are real unprofessional and they take way to long to help you because they are always taking little breaks!!!
