I totally upset with Cashback after filling out all the information, application and even calling my bank. I was refused.
I cashed my check here asked the lady to give me 20 singles an she told me that she didn't have any. Mind you its 6:00 they don't close till 8. So I ask what happens if someone comes in an needs ones? She says, I'll have to get them from the vault. :/ so why was it she couldn't give me ones? I'll never go here again. I'll give my business to someone else. Also, I went to pick up a money gram an the girl tells me I need my name to match my id meaning I needed my middle name on the money gram. I went down the street an had no problems.
I came in to the store every one was great. Emanuel help me,he was friendly and has great communication skills and great customer service.I will be returning to this establishment.
