Horrible customer service I went to cash a check & was told that it doesn’t matter if the issuer of the check was on the line to verify the check? I’ve never heard anything like that at all being that I’ve cashed there before & also was told that the company in which I received the check was not an established company. Which I found interesting because I work for a licensed physician & also provided all the necessary information needed to go forth , (name, company name, phone number , address, ) I was provided with no elaborated explanation for why my check wasn’t being cashed other than “I will have my supervisor call you back”
I highly recommend this place I have been going there for quite while. Even now that I’ve moved 10 miles away, I continue to go. The personnel is so friendly and helpful.
This place always seems to not understand urgency, last time I'm coming by, i highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.
Liars... Went in for a second loan and was previously promised that I was eligible for the maximum. The lies began when I was denied the maximum as promised based on the fact that I didn't walk in to pay the loan. When I read the aloud from the actual contract how it contradicts her statement, she proceeded to tell me that I was wrong. She also failed to deposit my check as I requested therefore listing my payment as late. So NEXT time I went in (4 days later after talking with the manager Sai) I'm denied AGAIN this time being told that manager is no longer with us!! I reported this to the corporate office online, received a call and an apology, was then told I was eligible for up to $500 because of my "regretful" experience... Guess what happened when I followed up on THAT? Yep... I'll NEVER use California Check Cashing again and neither will the people who read my Facebook post, Yelp review, Google (now) and those I told verbally. The people at the store on 3217 San Fernando SUCK at customer service!!!
They are so nice and so sweet. They really took they time with me and really helped me out a lot, they have great customer service and everyone there is so nice...
