ALWAYS ON POINT QUICK AND HELPFUL
Worst customer service i have ever had. Honestly it even took me surprise how someone can be so rude at the place of their employment as if their job doesn't mean anything to them. If there is one thing customer service requires is service the customer which i feel i barely even got, on top of the rude short uninformative attitude i had to deal with by what looked like a very miserable employee by the name of Donna...to long to go into details and i wish i could be able to explain to someone who could actually adress the issue we all need to work but maybe she needs to be retrained
