If You want to save Your hard earned money! Do not go to this establishment! I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Because they are Thieves and Connivers! I went to this place to cash a Tax refund check, (the smaller amount $182.00 to be exact) I asked the cashier [MONICA] beforehand "what is the percentage fee" she said 3%, which should of been $6 and some change, so I agreed, when she gave Me My money, the fee was $13.09, THAT IS NOT 3%. When I told Her "what gives? This is not 3%" she just said "You accepted it and it's too late to return Me My money" ...no I did not, I agreed to be charged a 3% cashing fee, $13.09 out of $182.00 IS NOT 3%. Either the cashiers [MONICA] are stealing, or the company is misleading. So basically they're stealing or crooked at this ACE Cash location. Be very aware!!! UPDATE: It's been more than 3 months, since this incident, nothing was ever done or investigated, this place is crooked, save Your hard earned money and use Cashapp, or NetSpend, these places are a joke, don't be fooled or robbed!
