Just Horrible!! It was better when it was Nix Check Cashing Ever since it changed to Ace it went downhill.. management has a bad attitude when they speak to you, or you have a question, or if you complain about something. The manager in the daytime is really bad. They seem to slow down when a line of people are waiting. Their fees are ridiculously High also!
Received HORRIBLE customer services over the phone when I spoke with Juanita! She was extremely rude. Never going back! This store is sneaky and shady!
All ways friendly staff good service and great atmosphere
Customer service is the worst they do not know how to handle themselves professionally and no acceptance of the mistakes they make and do not try to make things right. Zero apology received from teller for anything.
