They have always been super helpful for me!
Customer service is HORRIBLE and they are LIARS . There were 2 women there at the time I went. One was extremely short in her responses and rude, the other never looked up from her phone. She told me that they couldn't verify my check, after being in their store for 45 minutes. I called the bank that the check is drawn on and the teller let me know that not only did they not call but that she had verified a number of checks that same day (class action settlement). I also didn't appreciate being asked why I didn't take my check to my bank. You really need new staff. Seriously!
I went in to cash a payroll check and was displeased and surprised by the poor yo non-existent customer service. I was tended to like if my business was not needed and was asked why I didnt cash it at the bank, I had to insist in proceeding to cashing my check. The whole time not a smile, I just wanted my cash so I could leave that awkward place. Im bringing them business yet I felt like I was supposed to say please or something
