Great customer service you are in out so quickly. They make getting a loan very easy.
Had literally been coming to this place for years received reasonably good service and have probably done 50 loans over the years. Today I was told by a new young lady at the Anaheim and redondo location that my loan that I was attempting to take out would be due in just 10 days from my attempted take out date. When I requested 4 additional days which had been the normal standard since I started coming to this place 10 years ago I was told that would not be possible because of what she ‘perceived’ to be my payday which was incorrect. It’s a shame that after a decade of getting my business I will now how to look elsewhere because one thing I won’t stand for are high fees ‘AND’ terrible customer service. Corporations like this need to start doing a better job screening their employees. If you have better options don’t go here.
They said it wouldn't be a hard pull on my credit, but it was. They said I could pick up cash in the store, but I couldn't. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Its ok....staff is friendly, i usually use the moneygram service or get money orders. Its usually crowded and its pretty big inside, but its an eyesore both inside and outside..to the owner, take pride in what you own, sweep the trash up, paint ur building, make it look attractive instead of another business in the hood..LETS MAKE LONG BEACH GREAT AGAIN, BECAUSE 50 YEARS OF LIVING IN THE ONCE BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD, IS TRASHY...IF YOU TAKE PRIDE, THEN CUSTOMERS, NEIGHBORS, AND VISITORS WILL FOLLOW....SAD
