Low on employees when is busy hour, 2 workers ain’t enough to get the line inside moving quick.
Purely based on their bogus check deposit holds.
They charged me a late fee of 18.55 when they were the whole reason behind it for taking 4 days to process my check so I wasn’t able to transfer or take out money, ridiculous.
I went in during operating hours at 4.50 p.m. and while standing in line, I was turned away. When you're inside of an establishment during operating hours and in line, you should be helped as a customer. If you have enough customers to extend to closing, then you should lock the door to prevent further entries after operating hours, but attend to your customers inside.
