Service is chronically slow (not enough tellers) but today (11/4/19 @ noontime) it dropped to a new low. I waited 20+ minutes with line not moving, the line was to the door with several customers just leaving. Only 2 tellers, the women teller was tied up with complicated merchant transaction, that was ok. What wasn’t ok, was the male teller had a customer who brought in a large box of UNROLLED coins and INCREDIBLY, he was hand counting them for her. WHAT was he thinking. Finally I guess he heard the muttering of waiting customers and gave her some paper coin rollers and said she would have to bring the coins back wrapped. Why did that take 20+ minutes for him to figure out. I also have an account at a local credit union in a shopping center. ALWAYS fast service.
If I could I'd give it a.05 star.... drive up atm is slower than maple sap in the middle of winter!..waited no joke... 17 min (2ppl.. in front of me)
I was told I would would receive $100 for signing up if I spend a certain amount in the first month. The money never went into my account. I went in and checked to make sure I did everything right and they keep telling me "you should have gotten it, check back in the afternoon" 6 months later I'm still calling and checking and nothings happening. They keep giving me the run around everytime I go in so it's time to switch to a real bank. Customer service SUCKS
