Just new member of the Bank I was told it is the best bank wanted to take out a personal loan got denied in minutes I was gonna use it to catch up on debt but now I gotta figure out my financial problem without their help thank you for nothing
This bank financially profiles their members. They will place holds on payroll checks depending on your "relationship" with the bank. When I asked what "relationship?" The teller answered, if you use your account a lot, she explained basically that the bank wants to see more deposits than usage. Basically, they want you to deposit your money but they don't want you to use it because if you do. They have the right to deny you service if you don't have a good depositing history.
I'm 52 now and have been a member since I was 16. Great bank, never have I had any issues with them.
