This place helped my mom out in very desperate times. They offer both payday and installment loans and the application process is very simple. We have been with them for 2 years and will continue being with them.
Came here for general questions and hopefully get a loan until my next payday (which is in 2 days). Ive never got a loan so I didnt know the process. The lady who helped me "Rhonda" (was rude and monotone the entire time. I got approved for the loan but didnt appreciate her unfriendly customer service. Her coworker or colleague of some sort called and she was all of the sudden full of joy. Find somewhere elss, there are a ton of loan places in la. If people are going to be rude they should choose a different line of work. Youre representing a company so do it with a helpful smile otherwise we will take our business elsewhere. Ill never come back here just because of her rudeness and subpar service.
