I came in here for a quick pick up. I have been working with checkngo for years now. Today I decided to go into the store. They did not have a manager on duty so although my documents had everything they asked for I was told I would have to wait until the manager returned. Please train your employees on what is lawful. Please let them know if the documents say exactly what you are asking for there should be no fear of persecution. If your employees can’t handle the store without a manager then the manager should not leave them alone.
Excellent customer service. They were able to help me out with all my questions and were very patient helping me out. Definitely going back when I need the help.
